The vehicle owner shall be responsible for regular servicing and tire maintenance. Tires maintenance will be handled by the company as long as tyre health is above 35%. Once the tires condition drops to 30–35% or below, further tires maintenance or replacement will be the host’s responsibility.
In case the company carries out servicing of the vehicle, the cost incurred will be payable by the owner.
All accident-related expenses that are excluded or not settled by insurance shall be the responsibility of the company, payable to the vehicle owner.
It is mandatory to have zero depreciation insurance in order to attach your vehicle to the rental service.
GPS installation is mandatory for the car owner. If the GPS is already installed, no further action is required. Otherwise, a one-time payment for GPS installation of Rs. 3000 is compulsory, and the owner is responsible for the yearly recharge.
The GPS password must also be shared with the company representative for vehicle tracking purposes, ensuring the safety of the vehicle and allowing monitoring of its location.
Responsibility for payment and settlement of traffic challans during the rental agreement period of the vehicle will be settled by the company.
The company is responsible for returning the vehicle to the owner in the same condition in which it was handed over to the company.
In case of theft, the vehicle owner must be present or must cooperate with the company representative in filing an FIR against the customer. This is necessary for further action to be taken by the Police Department and the company’s recovery team.
Please note: If you are available 24×7 for vehicle pickup and drop, you may keep the car with you. If not, the vehicle must be parked in our designated MCD parking, and a parking charge of ₹2,000 per month will apply.
If Parked in it is the company’s responsibility to properly take care of the vehicle.
