Hourly Bookings
To confirm any driver booking, customers are required to pay 30% of the total booking amount in advance. The remaining 70% must be paid after completion of the trip.
Bookings without advance payment will be treated as tentative and not guaranteed.
The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels the booking after driver assigned and reached the location or on the way.
In case the company cannot provide a driver due to unforeseen reasons, the advance will be fully refunded.
For in-city hourly bookings, customers do not need to pay any extra amount for the driver’s food or travel expenses.
A night charge of ₹200 will apply for all hourly bookings if the driver’s duty involves driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Outstation Bookings
