Terms & Conditions
Fuel Policy: -
Vehicle to be returned with the same fuel level as received.
Damage & Liability: -
· In case of minor damages, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
· If the damage cost exceeds the deposit, the customer shall pay the remaining amount to the vehicle owner.
· If customer is found involved in any illegal activity, a police complaint will be filed immediately.
Traffic Rules Violation & Challan Policy: -
In case of any traffic challan incurred during the rental period, the challan amount will be deducted from the customer’s security deposit. The remaining security amount, if any, will be refunded within 48 hours after the vehicle is returned and all dues are settled.
Parts Stolen Policy: -
In case any part of the vehicle is found missing or stolen during the rental period, the customer will be held responsible for the loss. The cost of the stolen part(s) and any related repair expenses will be deducted from the customer’s security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security amount, the customer must pay the remaining balance directly to the vehicle owner.
Vehicle Returning Policy: -
The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle to the original pickup location at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional pickup or relocation charges.
GPS System Damage Policy: -
In case the GPS tracking device installed in the vehicle is found cracked, broken, tampered with, or removed, a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged to the customer. Any additional repair or replacement costs beyond this amount will also be borne by the customer.
Cleaning Charges Policy: -
The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. In case of excessive dirt, stains, or Odor inside the vehicle, a cleaning charge of ₹500–₹1,000 (depending on the condition) will be deducted from the customer’s security deposit.
Security Deposit & Return Policy: -
A refundable security deposit is required before the start of each rental. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle type. It will be refunded within 48 hours after the vehicle is returned, provided there are no damages, challans, or pending dues. Any applicable fines or charges will be deducted before the refund.
Blank Cheque Policy: -
The customer must provide a blank cheque as part of the security procedure before the rental period begins. The cheque will only be used in case of major damages, accidents, or non-payment of dues. Once the vehicle is returned in proper condition and all payments are cleared, the blank cheque will be securely returned to the customer.
